Magnesium is an essential mineral and cofactor for energy production and physiological pathways. Magnesium L-Threonate (MagTein) is the the only magnesium compound shown to cross the blood brain barrier compared to Magnesium Chloride and Magnesium Gluconate. Inositol (Vitamin B8) has been found to reduce depression, panic attacks, tension and fatigue.
The recommend dose is: ½ tsp either in H2O or sublingual, twice a day, up to four times a day. Each ½ tsp contains 1000mg Magtein with Inositol.
